The brand new Tuk’n® Ride program will provide a door-to-door Jacksonville shuttle service using our authentic European, eco-friendly Tuk Tuks. We are excited to offer locals and visitors a quick, fun, and convenient way to get around Jacksonville without worrying about parking.

How The Shuttle Service Works
- Reserve and pay for your spot through our Tuk’n® Ride mobile app
- Our vehicles go door-to-door in Riverside Avondale and beyond.
- Once we arrive safely at your designated stop, we will drop you off. Simple as that!

Shuttle Referrals for Discounts
Customers who set up the quick, easy, and secure contactless payments in the app will be prompted to establish a referral code (only available when your first set up your account). Each person referred receives a 10% discount on their first ride and the referrer will receive a 10% discount on their next ride!
The Health and Safety Of Shuttle Passengers Is Our Top Priority
All drivers complete a thorough background screening and must have a clean driving record. Hand sanitizer will be available on all Tuk’n® Ride vehicles.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), riders will be able to use the 14-passenger Tuk’n® Bus, which includes a lift for those passengers in wheelchairs along with two specially-designated areas. The Tuk’n® Ride mobile app indicates which stop-to-stop rides are with the Tuk’n® Bus. The Tuk’n® Bus is available by request only.
